G-Series SlideLock #4 Dual Chamber Carabiner, Dual Security Carabiner Keychain

Great for the average Joe with way too many keys. Beefy…secure….safe. Can’t beat peace of mind when it comes to losing something off of a set of keys. Sort of stupid proof which is right up my alley. Highly recommend if this is what you’re looking for. Beware, though, this IS large. Might be hard on your vehicles ignition switch, weight wise.

Perfect for securely attaching my keys to my purse. It’s bigger than I need, but works fine. I sometimes use it to attach my purse to a shopping cart when in a crowded store where I may get distracted. It’s strong enough.

Great size for a small lockable carabiner. I use it for my water bottle and I know it’s going to stay on my bag. I hate to lose a water bottle. It seems very secure and very functional. It’s easy to use if you know how not so easy for somebody fumbling with your bag trying to steal something.

I picked up the Nite IZE G-Series SlideLock #4 to use as a lockable carabiner for my backpack, mainly to keep my keys organized without them twisting, flipping around, or getting tangled. The dual-chamber design is genuinely useful—being able to separate items makes it much easier to keep things tidy, and the SlideLock mechanism gives a nice sense of security. It’s easy to clip on and off, and the access is quick when you need it. Functionally, it does exactly what I wanted it to do, and the locking feature adds peace of mind when carrying keys, small tools, or accessories. However, the material feels a bit on the thin side. It’s fine for everyday carry items, but I wish the build were slightly thicker or more robust for added durability. It’s not flimsy to the point of failing, but it doesn’t feel as solid as some heavier-duty carabiners in this size range. For organization and light to medium use, it’s a great little accessory that adds a ton of convenience to a bag setup. Bottom line: Excellent design and very practical for keeping keys secure and organized, but the material could be sturdier. Still a solid everyday carabiner.

This is, in my opinion, the best utility carabiner I have used, The double chamber design is suited for uses where it is used to securely attach other stuff to, for example, your backpack. I use several, some for keys, some to hang stuff off my backpack and belt. The No. 4 is best for keys and smaller things like cases for glasses and similarly sized items.

I have always used a non locking carabiner for my keys so I could attach to my belt loops. But I always had to be careful because carabiners for use with keychains can always not latch on correctly or simply just wear out. Key rings can always pop off and I know people who had this problem and lost car and house keys. The folks at Nite-Ize found a way to avoid this issue. The G design is great to secure keys and keep them within the item where they stay secure. I have the one with added black latch and the regular one without. The one with the locking latch is over designed and once you lock it to your belt loop, it ain’t going to come loose. I had bought the first version without the locking latch. After a few weeks with this problem with the locking latch, I went back to the non latch version. Just personal preference, because this product does a good job, but sometimes I just need to get it off my belt loop faster. The latch adds extra time and effort. But overall a great product that I will use for other sets of important keys that do not leave the house. Buy both versions and try out. Overall a great product and thoughtful design. I like this better than the S style carabiner that Nite-Ize sells because it is more compact and less of a footprint.

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made on here. I used to use a regular carabiner with just one clip, and I had so many issues with my keys accidentally slipping off when I would unclip it from my belt loop. This completely fixes that issue! I love it, I haven't had any issues with losing my keys since, and I honestly think it looks kind of sleek (for a carabiner at least).

Best key holder I've found

Does the job perfectly for me, which is securing a bottle/other items to my bag. The inner gate stays on my bag, and any items go on and off the outer loop, secured with the lock. The lock is sturdy enough so far that it's never fallen open, but it is made of hard plastic/rubber, not metal as well. Can open with 1-hand with a bit of force, but can be a little awkward. Overall for the price and utility I like it a lot.

Still works as the first day used more than a year. Clearly a quality item.Recommended.
