Do i need anything special to power this or can i just plug into any powered usb slot?

Just to be clear -- this is the CASE for the Raspberry Pi Zero that comes with adapter cables only. You will still need a cable to power a Raspberry Pi Zero -- One that plugs into the micro-USB slot and into a powered source (charger plug, wall outlet, powered USB) on the other end.

What are the dimentions for the screw nuts?

I used M3 5mm screws. Actually... I bought a kit on Amazon that has multiple M3 standoff pieces... very useful.

Will this be compatible for use with an e-ink display attached to the gpio header?
