Excellent
It's not "assist-opening" but it is one of the most solid knives I have ever owned. Sharp blade and feels good in the hand. I would even call it underrated.

Excellent EDC Choice
Sharp little thing with a nice swing and a good feel to it. The serrated edge is good, leaves about an inch and a half of actual blade. My only complaint is that the material of the handle, the rubber grip, does not slip out of most pant materials very well which makes it rather difficult to retrieve. For the price and name brand it is certainly a nice knife.

Time to keep looking
Basic folding knife. The spring is extremely weak so don't expect a quick flipping open. Blade arrived sharp and have not needed to sharpen yet. For the price, I would expect the spring to be a little tighter to make the opening easier

Easily a favorite knife.
I bought this because the price was right and the brand was recognizable, for the sake of owning a multi purpose utility knife. Started using it at work to open boxes and bags, and dragged it to a camp site, and got familiar with it. Seems sturdy, and I've subjected it to moisture, food particles, cardboard and so forth and it remains in great shape, sharp and functional. Has become a favorite to carry.
