I didn't have high expectations for an essential oil blend to actually "work". I've used EOs on & off for decades & haven't noticed them do much more than smell good or provide slight benefits. I'm sold on the fact that essential oils may provide not just benefits but effective results after my experience with this product. I've been using this several weeks as my child has been prone to EXTREME nitemares & nite terrors for years. Putting Lavender next to the bed has provided SOME relief but Monster Away literally stopped them in their tracks & I'm STUNNED. My child was just beginning a horrible nitemare-there's ALWAYS prolonged screaming, restlessness...its bad. I was in the room when the nitemare began & hadn't yet sprayed Monster Away that nite. I sprayed the upper corners of the pillow & the edges of my child's blanket & for the FIRST time the nitemare stopped IMMEDIATELY. That's never happened. Even a little. Normally the nitemare goes on for a specific amount of time with a specific pattern. I couldn't believe it. Now I make sure to spray my children's beds before or as they lay down to ACTUALLY KEEP the monsters AWAY. Amazing! Thank you Plant Therapy, from one exhausted yet ecstatic Mother and her well rested children. Also I LOVE how woodsy this smells even if I have to keep it away from kitties. (Please can you come up with a kitty safe version? If not, I'll just be mindful where its placed as always!) Thank you!

My kids have to have me spray the monster-away every night. I spray it where they think the monster will sneak in and on their beds to keep him away. The smell isn't too strong and relaxing. I bought a second one for at my mother's house for when they stay over but I noticed that the lock does not work on that one. This has lasted me 2 months and still has a good amount in it. I definitely recommend if your child struggles with nighttime monsters!

This product smells awful!!! I don’t know how any child would’ve soothed by this terrible smell.

I think this may work great for some. Just not a fan of the smell. Its not bad. Kind of an herbal lemony scent. Its a clean type of smell to me. Just not one I like all that much and my 4yo didnt like it either. We also previously used Dr. Teals Sleep Spray which has a very different smell with lavender and chamomile. But this definitely has a very herbal smell. Not a curated herbal smell but the kind that comes straight from an herbalists table if that makes sense. Its a good clean smell, just not one that we liked.

We love "Monster Spray" at our house and it has become a critical part of my kids bedtime routine! It smells great and eases them off to sleep more easily.

My daughter has been using this to scare her "monsters" away and honestly it has been working every night to help going to bed every night be a breeze now.

I believe in monsters under the bed. So this is perfect for me. 5 stars a little strong smell though.

The idea is great but the product is a bit overwhelming in scent for me. Once I deluded it a bit it was much better. If you’re not careful it will leak.

Our delivery driver broke it so we didn't get to really use it. But from what I cleaned up, it smells really bad. Like gross
