I have an incredibly sensitive stomach after taking lots of antibiotics and other heavy medication's and digestive enzymes are too much for me this is one of the only products I've ever found that works really well. I only take one a day for maintenance. I notice after 2 or 3 days when I haven't taking it...I like to do a reset every so often. It is great for my stomach lining. Everybody is different, this one works for me. I've been using for 2 years.
