Disappointed in Accuracy of Listing.
Specs said it had Windows 11, but did not. Who sells tech products with outdated/ unsupported software. Three hours in to fixing this issue and not very happy with Amazon/Dell. Of course it’s loaded with junk software that takes time to delete. Should have bought different product. I’m

Too many problems
I ordered this laptop for my son to replace an older one that had died. The specs are good. Unfortunately, the quality control here was lacking, and I had to return this machine for a full refund. The screen has a dead pixel. Sometimes the laptop refuses to start up unless the AC adapter is plugged in, despite the battery already being charged. Seemingly at random, the audio stops working and can only be restored by rebooting the machine. The performance, also, is not up to expectations. Minecraft (not the most graphically intense game) runs with a jumpy, inconsistent frame rate. I have had very good experiences with Dell machines in the past; hopefully, this was just an anomaly.

Cheaply built
I have owned this laptop for about a year and a half. Both hinges broke and screen cannot stay upright now. Charging port doesn't get a connection well and will not charge sometimes.

Worst Service & bad Laptop
Never buy from them. If it is not your fault, the seller will never give the refund after hours of frustration. The laptop is substandard and everything else from mailing cost to service and response time sucks.
