I didn't realize these were closed domes (my fault for not reading the description carefully). I did not like the way that sound conducted through these, because it made my ears feel stuffy. Luckily I had another pair of open domes. I will use these as a last resort/back up in case I ever run out of the other ones.

The quality is good but , I believe I made a mistake in ordering the exact size. It’s small for me. But still I use them.

I have worn hearing aids for around a decade, and I am a musician, so I am somewhat familiar with sound quality. I recently got new hearing aids from Blaids Hearing here on Amazon, and I am very happy with them. But the variety of domes that came with them jut did not properly fit me. So I tried 3 or 4 different types and sizes before finding these, and for me, they fit very well. The correct dome for your ear is critical for good sound and controlling feedback, so I highly recommend spending the 20 to 30 bux it takes to try a bunch. I prefer the 6 mm closed model, you may get better results with an 8mm Open style. Everyone is unique!
