Must buy for health and fitness!
This is my first fitness band & I had bought it by doing extensive research on online portals like YouTube & shopping apps. The best part with the Fitbit inspire 3 is the integration of the fitbit app with the device. The heart rate monitor is pretty accurate for walks & very accurate while on sleep mode. I'd checked with my BP monitor device & the heart rate on the fitbit & the BP device were almost the same with a difference of 1 or 2 units. The accuracy with connected GPS is as expected as it's integrated to google maps. The step counter is something subjective & this is with any expensive fitness trackers or smartwatches as it heavily relies on hand motion. Coming to the USP & Pros: -You need not wear the device intact or firmly for accurate results. You can loosen up & still get accurate results with fitbit devices. -The heart rate monitor is on point & gets the work done brilliantly. -The detailed sleep profile & other data on the fitbit premium is worth your money if health & fitness is your priority. - Brilliant battery backup, easily lasts 10 days without switching on your mobile notifications. Notifs are anyway irrelevant for a tiny screen. - The device is quite small & hence you can wear it all day without any hassle. Cons: - The step counter counts travelling on autorickshaw or any other hand motions. - Some of the scores will be available only if you wear the device for a minimum of 15 hours (example: readiness score, stress management score)

A great product by Fitbit. It is small silent but very effective. Accurately calculating my health data. Paving the way for a healthier me. Sleep tracking is world class. Gives a cardio load and readiness scores. Light and comfortable for extensive wear over days. Robust battery life over 10 days at full charge. Recommended for health conscious and mature people.

descent fitness tracker
the battery is the key highlight of this watch , the step counter is little inaccurate it counts even if ur hand move while u r sitting , its auto detect workout works very well , the sleep detection works accurately , its a very good tracker i will suggest , it doesnt feel it is on the wrist making it easy to wear while sleeping

Amazing
Good product. Does what it says. The google health app gives all descriptive analysis for free. Only advanced features like predictive and prescriptive analysis are paid. The display adds no value. I always keep it off, and wear my regular dress watch.

Inspire 3 stopped working properly in 15-months. Such a waste of money
Pros: 1. The band strap is comfortable 2. Sleep score is pretty accurate 3. Steps is around 90% accurate Cons: 1. Watch battery needs to be charged 3-times a day. The battery deterioration is the worst that I have seen in any electronic device that I have used in my life. The band lasted a total of 15 months 2. Feels extra bad because I have a paid subscription of the app that expires 6-months from now 3. VFM: I had upgraded from a MiBand 5 to Inspire 3. MiBand easily lasted more than 3-years and was priced 2.5X less Feels like I made a major mistake switching to FitBit

You dont need something more expensive to get started
I've been using the Fitbit inspire 3 for 2 months now and here's my review so far. 1. Using it has made me more conscious of my health (in a good way), I have seen genuine improvement in my running ability by using the data it provides. 2. The app is really basic, I kinda like the Google fit app better but the Fitbit app works better with the data, so I'm stuck with it (not a dealbreaker). 3. The data seems more inflated that what I get by just using my phone with GPS, but I haven't really done any proper testing (my favourite piece of data is the heart rate tracking). 4. I wash/wipe down the straps every day, so I don't really get the itching or rash with the band. (it helps not to wear it too tight). Its wears like a lightweight watch, so it's not uncomfortable. 5. The battery lasts around 10 days consistently, quite happy with it. 6. It looks good on the wrist, I have a skinny wrist, so the tiny tracker looks like a fitness band should and is not oversize. 7. The aluminium and plastic on the sides of the tracker can be scratched fairly easily, so be vary of where you keep it when you take it off. TLDR: My athleticism is improving, and I can thank the tracker for it.

Best thing I have bought in a long time!
I bough this Fitbit Inspire 3 about 3 weeks ago as part of my commitment to get in better shape. I was considering the 3 model versus the newer 6 and, eventualy, opted for the 3 on recommendations from friends and family who have the 3. I do not rgret it! I wear it all the time and like the fact that the screen is smaller than other models, thus not looking like a smartchatch. The screen is just right and you can swipe left or right to get different functions like tracking your steps, your calories burnt, log a new exercise session, etc. If you need glasses to read, you might find the numbers and font a bit small and may need to wear your glasses or move your wrist away from your eyes to be able to see well, as the screen is smaller than others, but if you're ok, then this is a great gadget to help you keep track of your daily activity as well as sleep. It's easy to use: - you first have to charge the fitbit to 100% battery before connecting it - then you download the Google Health App to yor phone and use blootooth to sync the fitbit to your app - you enter your details on the app (age, weight, goals) and start tracking! One thing I need to change for mine is the language setting, which I'm still figuring out. For some reason, my Fitbit displays everything in Spanish, although my preference would have been English. This is likely to do with my Google Account settings, as I opened my Google account when living in Spain. I have not managed to work out how to change it yet but I can work with it for now. So, when you see the photos and see the display in Spanish, you know why! My App is fully in English though! Also, the wristband you see here is not the original one. I changed it so my husband and I could tell our Fitbit's apart. Overall, a great product and I strongly recommend it!

Works well but...
Had a Fitbit smartwatch previously and "downgraded" to the fitness tracker. It's a lot cheaper at about a third of the watch's price, but the tiny screen is a hard read for my aged eyes. Otherwise... love it. The fitness tracker fits my needs, which is mainly on tracking my health so it's still good value considering I had not used the other functionalities of the smartwatch.
