Has a really comfortable scent that doesn’t come off like a woman’s soap but does smell clean. I’ve tried several of these soaps from Dove and I actually like them all but this one more than the others. Has a little bit of rubble in it but not so much that it scrubs my hide off like so many others. Lasts well too. I shower daily and depending on how often I’m in the gym, sometimes twice a day and this will last nearly a full month. Doesn’t make my skin feel slick like so many others.

This bar has a nice clean scent with a little warmth from the clove. It lathers well and leaves your skin feeling fresh without drying it out. The charcoal gives it a good deep clean feel too. A solid everyday soap with a nice scent that is not overpowering.

I went back to using bar soap a year or so ago and had a lot of issues with the soap drying out my skin. I tried a few different brands and my skin was finally start to acclimate to the change from body wash to bar soap. My GF uses Dove brand products and loves them, so I thought I would give this a shot, especially since I have been using their 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. The bar smells great, kind of like coconut and clove, and it leaves me skin feeling clean and hydrated, but not oily. I am very happy with this soap, as it washes off easily, but also lathers up very well, good enough in fact that I can shave in the shower with it. I feel like I am burning through the bars pretty fast, though, and that is why I dropped my review by one star. I'm very happy, however, with the scent, lather, cleaning, and results afterwards. I will purchase again, and might try another scent, but I am happy with this one.

As I have aged, I have noticed my skin becoming dryer and dryer. Winter seems to be the worst. I thought I would spoil myself and get some really good soap and see if it helps. Seems to have done the trick. The soap is exfoliating so it can feel like small pebbles of sand against your body but, feels kind of good. The problem, as anyone can see is the price. These will not be something I can afford all the time but I did find some exfoliating soap that is much cheaper which I have used for a while now. So, one of these bars, and then one of the other. Good soap. Smells good. Good lather. I like it and I like that it's for men.

It's good soap. Not sure why every scent is priced differently. Especially considering this one is $40 while the others are around $22. Wasn't $40 when I bought it last. I would think Dove as a company would be large enough to manage their production and costs without such wild price swings.

Feels great to use. Smells good and I feel clean and soft after use. I have received compliments from those I am around. Morning showers start the day off good.

I wanted to purchase again but the price went up to to to much!!! other than the price I enjoyed the item.

Smells great and the exfoliating ingrediaent is very subtle and doesn't feel uncomfotable against the skin. The charcoal pulled dirt out easily. Love it!

I’m a big fan of most of the Dove Men+Care product line and frequently use the 3 in 1 anti-dandruff shampoo and the exfoliating bar soap. Saw this come up in my recommended items and thought I’d give it a try. For me, the pros are that it smells really great and leaves a nice clean feeling. Cons are the price is a bit too high for me to think about buying again and every single bar broke in half while washing when there was still roughly 3/8” thickness left! I mean, I know this happens, but typically at a much smaller thickness! Other than that, it’s a great soap, just not for me.

This is my favourite soap I have used to date, I got it on sale and when prices were a little bit lower. The soap lathers nice, cleans well, feels good and is just overall nice. The problem I have is the price is far too high.
