Ford F150, F250, F350, F450, Raptor and Lightning kit

No Dust!!!! 5-Star! I bought this seal kit for my F150 in anticipation of some desert drives in the Southwest. Could not be happier with the performance of this product. It was easy to install and after driving the Moki Dugway and Valley of the Gods in SE Utah I had very, very minimal dust infiltration into the box & topper. Strongly recommend!!!

This stuff is awesome. It’s OEM quality. I used one piece for my Snugtop glass door and it stuck on the fiberglass like a champ. Awesome! You can unstick it a couple times for adjustments without problems. It didn’t seem to compromise the sticking ability at all. I took some off months later and it was difficult to take off but not impossible and didn’t leave any residue. The best!!

This install was on a 2021 Ford F-150 5.5" This seal kit is not the Ultimate, given the truck's tailgate design, but I did get it installed pretty quickly (after developing a plan of attack, in spite of the "suggestions" in the instructions) and with no light leaks. This is a great set of two seal sizes: 1) Smaller diameter piece for the lower tailgate seal 2) Larger diameter for the sides. Comes with 6 alcohol pads but I used a bottle of alcohol and a micro cloth. THe adhesive is premium and there was sufficient material included, with 8" left over. The instructions however were horribly written. It took longer to read the instructions (good luck) than it did to install. Look them over while looking at your tailgate and they make a little more sense. Consider them suggestions and guidelines. My installation used similar placement but with different lengths and additional pieces. I've included pictures of my installation which required an adaption of the OEM directions. I hope it helps someone with their 2021 F-150 install. The long piece that seals the lower edge of the bed, I installed bulb side towards the ground, and the flat tape portion went just below and butted up against the bed's lip, which runs the width of the bed (could not get a good pic due to location). Your mileage may vary. I was pleased with the seal materials/ shapes/ sizes but wouldn't call this the "Ultimate". I would however buy it again and recommend it to my more "handy" friends. NOTE: One star off for horrible instructions that consumed my time and might as well have been by non-English speakers. Poor instructions and illustrations required a huge amount of time to make any sense of, and could be vastly better, had a Technical Writer been involved. You do, however, need to read them. UPDATE: JAN 2024: Months and many inches of rain later and the seal and installation have worked great with no visible leakage anywhere on the tailgate. I would recommend this product if you are a handy kind of guy/ gal.

I love this product! I rarely write reviews but needed to write one for this. I have an F150 with a GoFastCampers topper and had tried a variety of things to keep the dust out (see duct taped padding in first image below that I've been using for 5 years). The F150 seems worse than most of my buddies trucks for letting dust in the back so I decided to try this product. After 5 years of makeshift gasket solutions and tolerating a ton of dust in the back of the truck, this gasket system has changed the game. I installed it a few weeks ago, then drove around on gravel roads for 3 days last weekend and got almost no dust in the back. I would never have considered a soft bed liner before, but decided to go ahead with a Bedrug, which I also really like. Second attached pic is one strip of this sealant down the side of the bed and the Bedrug installed. I've already recommended this product to a few buddies and will recommended it to others friends too.

Easy instructions and easy to install. Comes with all the prep tools to get the glue to adhere. I bought this as I have a tri-fold cover and dust would still come in through the tailgate openings even when it was closed on gravel roads. once adding the seal I have no issues. It works to keep the water out as well. This is my second F-150 that I have used this on and both have worked exactly as expected. Would recommend.

Fit perfect. Follow directions and it sticks very well and covers all the gaps.

Very good instructions. Most of it adhered quite well and has stayed. I’ve had it on for three weeks, but some of the sections have started to come off. I prepped the areas well using the included alcohol wipes. Installed it on a 2month old 2023 F150.

I put it on a 2020 F150, with a tri fold cover, and it stopped probably 95% of the dust on gravel roads in Wyoming. Well worth it.

Tailgate seal was a straight forward process to fit and works really well.

Works as stated, easy to install, so far so good. Works as stated! And the bond is great! Perfect, winter will tell the the truth!

Very easy to install. Can't stress enough to make sure your truck surface is VERY CLEAN. There are alcohol wipes with the package but I guess I went overboard and used more to make sure it was clean. Very good instructions with the package but also seller sent me a link for online video so very hard to mess it up. Stuff sticks like crazy so make sure your in correct position. Overall excellent.
