Dimensions larger than on site - why is vendor not taking the return?
The actual dimensions of the wheelchair are larger than that mentioned in the site. The wheelchair does not fit our narrow door and we have tried to initiate a return & refund within an hour of receiving the parcel. Why has the vendor cancelled the return without giving any reason.
