I love the teapot however the infuser rim has detached from the infuser and keeps falling into the teapot. Can I get a replacement, please?

it is a very good teapot and really does pour without a drip BUT the tea I use does stain the glass so be aware of that when you buy. If that doesn't bother you then go ahead and buy.

We bought this glass teapot for brewing tea and are very happy with it. The 850 ml capacity is perfect for our family of three for one serving. The glass looks nice, the filter works well, and it’s easy to use and clean. Great value for money and highly recommended for everyday tea brewing.

Really like my mini teapot infuser. Small in size and perfect for a cup of green tea. Love it.

I drink a tea made of healthy leaves (moringa powder, yerba mate and green tea) which retains more of its phytochemicals if it is cold brewed rather than steeped in boiling water. To be honest it looks disgusting - my husband calls it The Limpopo - but I haven't caught an infection for years. However preparing it used to be messy, and leave clumps in the tea. I was looking for a way to simplify the process and I came across this teapot: satisfyingly traditional-looking, heat resistant, dishwasher proof, and best of all, a really fine internal filter which means the algae effect has gone. It's easy to clean and my tea tastes as good/bad as it did before, but now lacks 'bits' and looks a lot better. I'm almost inclined to buy a second one, but this is so sturdy, I doubt I'll need to.

Awful! The teapot looks nice at first, but the strainer holes are so large that loose leaves pour straight into the cup. It completely defeats the purpose of having a built‑in filter and makes every pour gritty and unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who actually wants a functional teapot. In hindsight i should have sent it back for a refund. Avoid!

I’ve used this glass teapot for 6 months now, and my overall experience has been great up until today. The glass is beautiful transparent, letting me watch the tea leaves unfurl perfectly while brewing, which adds a nice sense of ritual. It’s sturdy-looking, easy to clean, pours smoothly, and works well for daily tea brewing. But today I noticed a crack on the body, which is disappointing and makes me feel its lifespan is a bit short.

Alles super Sieb sehr fein aus Edelstahl geht tief genug in die Kanne sodass auch bei kleinen Mengen die Teeblätter ausreichend im Wasser sind. Die beste Teekanne die ich für 2 Personen gekauft habe

llegó bien ayer y pronto pero desgraciadamente en el primer uso, al verter el agua hirviendo para el té se ha rajado la jarra como se puede observar....no sé si es un defecto o si el agua estaba demasiada caliente. una pena.

Sie scheint aus jochwertigem Glas gemacht zu sein und lässt sich für das Reinigen vollständig zerlegen. Definitiv eine Kaufempfehlung!
