What is this used for?

it is used to onplug your nose when you have a cold or sinus.

Do these come in the package that hasn’t been opened?

Have you noticed the Indian manufactured inhalers contain 0.5ml while the Mexican ones only contain 0.2ml - you get 2 1/2 times as much product in the Indian inhaler. My most recent order (the product on this page) is the Mexican manufactured product but no longer indicates "net contents" at all - on the inhalers or the packaging. I suspect it is even less than previously or why not list it?

Is this from India, mine were and nearly choked me off.

I didn't realize the seller was out of US. Mine came from India after like 3 weeks. And they sent me mini balms instead of VapoInhaler.

I cant peel off the plastic around the cap to get it open. How do i open it?
