Needed a bulb for a new desk lamp. These are perfect for the application. The 40W puts out enough light without being too bright. Very happy with my purchase.

Love these lightbulbs. Warm soft amber lighting, inexpensive and last literally forever. I have them in all of the lamps in my home, which I have on timers, and it’s so nice to come home to. It looks kind of weird if you mix it with any cool-toned lighting, I really suggest going all in.

I like the warm vintage look of these Philips Edison style bulbs, and they give off a nice ambient glow. The quality is solid and they create a cozy atmosphere. However, they are a bit too dim for the lamp we intended to use in our living room. They work well for mood lighting but not as a primary light source. Overall, still a good product, just be sure you want softer lighting.

Nice alternative if you don’t want the yellowish hue in the room from the normal kind. If you’re looking for a nice bright white light

Save your money and look elsewhere. These are very poorly made. Of the 4 lights I purchased, 2 flicker horribly and a third failed all together. The fourth is hanging on but I'm sure it won't last much longer.
