The conditioner arrived without a sealed clear plastic security covering, which indicated that the container may have been tampered with. After opening the container, it smelt "normal" (from previous containers that I have purchased from professional hair dressers), but after scraping off the top layer, the lower contents smelt very different ie not like a conditioner. This cream did not the "slip factor" and did not condition my hair at all. I have returned it.
