Works as advertised!
Doing peer-to-peer with 2 Mellanox CX4121A-ACAT, getting max speeds...just had to set Jumbo Frames to the max (9614). Transferring files at 2.5GB/s and iperf at 23-24Gbps.

Works with Intel X520
Works great with Intel X520 and Ubiquiti switch! Plugged it in and worked immediately, I was totally expecting the Intel NIC to throw a fit because it isn’t an Intel SFP module, but it worked just fine.

Worked with our Arista switch to the HP server at 25g, no issues

Not compatible with Ubiquiti
This did not work for me. I have Ubiquiti aggregated switch 25g, 24 port pro switch and UDMPro. I tried every possible combination but It only worked at a gig from a SFP+ port to 25gig port. It might work well with other products but for ubiquiti it doesn’t work.
