Product is really good, genuine Hikvision DVR and cameras. All other items as described. The hard disk I received is a brand Geonix, don't know if it is a good brand. The SMPS received was not working, contacted the seller directly, send a replacement immediately. Otherwise everything went smooth, worked like a charm.Couple of notes,1) the DVR model does not have WiFi firmware support. Contacted pramahikvision, they said wifi firmware is not yet available for the model. Some pressure from sellers may help them enable the same.2) please check the SMPS first, I made the mistake of installing everything first, but the seller was good enough to replace just the SMPS. Better check it first that you get the option to replace everything without troubling the seller.

Stickers on Cameras say 5 MP and description on website says that dvr is '5 MP' compatible. However, verification of DVR using product number says that it is supported only up to 4 MP. So, 5 MP cameras work but not in full capacity. I got one camera of HIKVision for same price from local vendor and connected to same DVR and got better quality during day as well as night.Also, our power-supply went out of function within 5 minutes of installation. I had to buy new one.Also, wire is Aluminium, please order separate Polycab Copper wire from Amazon and don't rely on such packages offered. It is easy to buy these products, but actually everything is substandard.

I have purchased, a CP 100 WIFI camera, almost one month back and have ordered for 1 set of Hikvision 4 channel DVR with 5mp , 4 bullet cameras with full set.The WIFI camera is not working and we already informed it to you. But no reply till date.We have fixed the bullet cameras, one week back, and 2 cameras are not working and 2 cameras have problem with poor quality night vision.Do the needful to replace the camera or return back the cash. (Rs.14990)CP 100 Price - Rs 2100.We would like to remind you that, we will move with next action, if this is not resolved soon.
