Fantastic
First, I have used Natural Vitality Calm Mind for years and years. Well over a decade! But L-Theanine is what caught my attention on this product. I was concerned that it was a green tea derivative, but it's not! For some, this might be a turn-off, but for me, I am glad that it is lab-created, as I don't drink green tea. So, according to Natural Vitality (yes, I did my research), their L-theanine is lab-created. What I like about the product is that it helps give me the boost in clarity of mind that I desire and assists in staying calm. I take it at the end of a workday, when I start to drag, along with hydration fluid. (NO caffeine needed)

Works
I've tried a lot of types of magnesium and found in sensitive to most of them. I tried this one and finally found one I can tolerate! Definitely seems to be helping, I'm thankful to have found it. It dissolves quickly in warm water. It has a sour citrus kind of taste but it's not terrible. I mix it with aloe juice and drink before bed.

Think of it as medicine
I got this product because of the magnesium and L-theanine combo and unflavored because they don’t have the raspberry lemonade flavor with this combo. It says it’s “unflavored” but it has a flavor. Not a pleasant one either. I try to mix it with matcha, canned coconut milk, and monk fruit extract drops to make it taste better. You also can down it like medicine to get it out of the way. It does what I need it to do medicinally.

Best sleeping aid and laxative
This has been the best sleep aid I have ever tried. I’ve been having trouble sleeping lately due to stress and not being able to calm my mind. Nothing has worked on me in the past until recently a friend suggested Calm. I am forever grateful to my friend and this product. Magnesium, which is a natural substance, not only helps with calming the nerves but it also helps constipation. Be careful not to take more than suggested dose otherwise you may end up with diarrhea. It may take just a few days for it to start taking effect.
