Metpure NSF Certified Non-Air-Gap RO Faucet, Chrome, Euro Style

This faucet was easy to install once I found the YouTube video showing what was needed and not needed and the correct order to line up the parts underneath the sink. The instructions on the box show two "black washers" but the video shows that the black washer isn't needed at all. The big beveled washer that goes first under the sink is white, not black. The hole predrilled in my sink was too big for the black washer anyway so I didn't use it on top. The set did not come with a black escutcheon plate as showed in the video either. The installation tool was a great addition to the kit as it made it very easy to install in such a tight space. I wish I would have remembered that was in the kit before I used a crescent wrench to remove the nut on the old faucet. I used the quick connect 1/4" fitting from my old RO faucet to connect the water line instead of cutting it and using the extra parts that came with the kit. So far the water pressure is lower than my previous one and it does leak for a second or two each time you turn off the water (as if it takes a few seconds for the handle to let the faucet know it should close), but for the price I paid it will work. It does look nice and shiny. Edit: A few hours after install and plenty of use, the water pressure started looking normal and the water turns off immediately when I turn off the handle. The RO system must have needed some time to come back up to pressure and run air out of the line after the installation. I'm changing it from 4 stars up to 5.

Color is great, water comes out strong, easy to install. Great functionality and paint does not chip and stays true.

We had installed RO system in our kitchen 14 years ago and the original faucet finally gave in, aka broken to pieces, literally. After looking for various replacement RO faucets at Amazon, we decided to go with this one since it's compatible with the 1/4 inch tube and it also came with a faucet wrench. Product came earlier than expected so we were able to install it sooner than expected. The faucet wrench is a nice tool but we did not need it at all. Installation is a breeze with a simple wrench. We are happy to have our water running again. Also, the chrome look is a really nice touch.

Looks great. Its smaller tubing so water doesn't come out as fast. For the price, you cant beat it. Its sturdy, doesnt leak, not too bad to install... Looks really nice...

Because my old faucet was mounted behind the garbage disposal and hard to get access, one of my selection criteria was ease of installation. This faucet comes with a long nut driver for securing the faucet in place - a lifesaver! It also matches our main faucet. Interesting, the 25 year old faucet it replaced had a feature I did not see with any of the dozens of faucets I looked at: you could fasten the base to a standard sink hole from the top, assemble the tubing to the faucet and drop the assembly through the base and snap into place. All faucets should be made this way - hint hint! Also note, the faucet base will fit "almost" up to a 1 3/4" hole. My "standard" sink hole was just shy of 1 1/2" inch diameter, slightly larger than a standard 1 3/8". The base just barely covered the hole with a secure seal on the O-ring gasket but mount securely. I was also looking for one that wasn't so tall like most current choices. The top extends 9 1/2" above the sink top. We do not ever fill tall jugs/bottles. No leaks! we really like it. Hope it lasts as long as the old one.

The Metpure Reverse Osmosis Faucet was delivered quickly. All component parts, and some extras in case the RO water service line needed some connection parts replacements, were supplied with the above counter parts separate from the below counter parts for ease of identification. Removal of the old and leaking RO faucet and installation of the Metpure replacement was facilitated by the inclusion of an extended wrench that fits over the faucet supply connection pipe. Very handy and made it much easier to access under the sink. The unit operates smoothly and is of far superior quality to the unit I was replacing. I am very pleased with it.

Fast shipping great price

I replaced another water filtration spigot that I had bought on Amazon about 2 years ago as it was getting extremely hard to move the neck and it was liming up very bad around the handle. This unit is way superior to the other one from the moment it was installed in all ways. Only had it hooked up for about a month but it seems way better. 10/21/20 UPDATE!! Just wanted to follow up on my original review with this product. It has now been about two years since the install and it works and acts just like the day it was installed. Great product, highly recommend.
