icefox i8 98FT Zoom Waterproof Camera Underwater, 20MP 5X Action Camera with EIS, WiFi Remote Control for Snorkeling Cycling Vlogging

I currently use this Icefox Action Camera for cycling and plan to use it while skiing this winter. I’m impressed with the Icefox action camera for the quality, features, and included accessories. The user manual has illustrations showing the accessories and how to use these mounting accessories. Navigating the camera’s menu settings takes some practice but is fairly easy. Also, you can easily reset the camera to factory settings to start over. Due to limited space on my bike handlebars (already crowded with cabling and a GPS mount), I opted for another mount on my drop bars. This setup positioned the camera upside down, but the Icefox includes a video rotation feature that easily corrects the orientation. I just prefer mounting on the bars instead of my bike helmet because the videos appear more stable. One standout feature is the two-button remote. While riding my bike, I found the remote convenient to snap photos or start recording video without fumbling around—just a quick tap and I’m capturing the moment. After a ride, I remove my Micro SD card from the Icefox Camera and then insert it into (via Micro SD Adapter) my Windows 11 Dell Laptop SD slot. With Windows file explorer I can view/copy the photos or videos. I use the Microsoft Clip Champ or Photos software to edit the videos or photos if needed. I can’t comment on the Icefox application as I did not download it. The video stabilization is impressive, especially on rough gravel roads. I use the camera to capture wildlife encounters along my rides but also for safety purposes. The video quality at 2.7K/60 fps setting is very good for my purposes, though, of course 4K/30 fps is available.

I've been looking at getting a gopro for awhile now. Came across this deal and decided to give it a go. I'm very impressed. For a much more reasonable price you get everything you could need. It's about the same size as a gopro. Includes every mount you might need and more giving you vast functionality. The picture quality is excellent and the sound records quite well even in the waterproof case. It comes with its own app allowing you to control the camera remotely. The display shows how much memory you have left even on the front facing camera so you always know if you have enough storage. Multiple recording modes including slow motion to cover every situation. Very glad I bought this camera instead of splurging on something a lot higher priced.

It came with a ton of accessories, which adds huge value for money since everything you need is already included. The waterproof case worked perfectly, and the battery life lasted longer than I expected. The instructions were simple and made setup fast. The camera’s functionality is great, easy to use, and the touchscreen responds quickly. It’s small, dependable, and just fun to use. Honestly, this thing is a steal for what it can do.

Worked well. Many parts for mounting in different ways. Difficult downloading Good quality but I wouldn't ride an ATV with them. Picture was good. Good value.

This is everything I could have hoped for in an affordable camera. I used it in my recent trip to Hawaii and the pictures turned out great. It was easy to use in the included waterproof housing. I also bought a floating handle for it which worked out well. I took it e-biking at Kualoa Ranch and it did great there as well, attached to my bike helmet. I've included a video I took in Maui. If you turn up the volume you can hear the whales talking to each other!!! I've also included some screen captures from the videos I took. The turtle is over 15 feet away, it's just cropped. I didn't adjust the lighting or colors on any of these images BTW. These are straight out of the camera. I ran in 1080p and 2k. Never used 4k mode.

This action camera exceeded all of my expectations. It comes with tons of accessories, perfect for any recording situation. It’s a great value for the price-point. Very user friendly. It comes with two batteries, which to me is the best thing ever! This camera takes great quality photos and videos with great quality sound. I have not got to experience underwater with it yet, but I can’t wait to try it out! The picture speed is what you would expect from a good camera. It’s the perfect size for any situation. I’m definitely happy with my purchase!
