Are the black ones in 20"X24" transparent? It looks like it in the picture. However the black in other sizes is not transparent in the pictures.

I ordered the blue laundry bags and they are not transparent. My college students use them to bring home dirty laundry and they work great! Very sturdy and big.

Can this bag be thrown into an dryer?

Yes, but really no need to put in dryer. It dries very quickly for mesh design.

Where is this product made?

I don’t think it states where it’s made. I suspect China since that’s the case with most things these days. They work great.
