Do these stick to felt? If not, can I put glue on the adhesive to make it stick?

I don't know if they will stick to felt but I don't see why they wouldn't. Yes you can add glue to these.

Question 2

Can this go on bare wood? Do we need to prep it first?

I would use a glue called E6000 to keep it on the wood, I don’t think you need to prep the wood, because the glue will keep it on the wood even though it has adhesive already on it. If this helps

can this spread on the floor?

If you’re asking me, if I think you can lay them down on the floor and walk on them the answer would be 100%  No. these are simply for designing shelves items and as they described stuff like hanging balls for parties and stuff like that I’ve been working with them quite a bit and have found that just as the saying goes fragile as glass, they will crack and you can crush them, and when I was trying to cut a few to go outside the box and make a design that wouldn’t allow me to cut. They will break and crumble so these are definitely something you should always be careful cautious about when using them wear and how they are beautiful and they work great on most applications but again I would not advise on the floor unless you did the whole floor with these and then tried to apply acrylic flooring over this and again they do you crack and you can crush them but I guess if you laid them down on the floor and then laid big sheets of acrylic flooring over them so you could see through it and it would give you the effect of mirror still that might work  but you would do that at your own risk. Otherwise these things are great. I love it. Hope this helps a little bit.

Are these easy to get off of the wall without damaging the wall?

I only used these on glass which was easy. Do not know for sure about walls.
