Casio Radio Controlled WV-58R-1AEF Mens Wristwatch

I bought this to replace the exact same one I had. Its battery finally died (after SIX YEARS!) and the cost to have a jewelry store install a new one was only slightly less than a new one, I did that. It automatically sets itself every night via the atomic clock transmitting station nearest you (Colorado's in my case, even though I live in Florida). Daylight Savings Time can also be set to "auto", which means I won't have to do anything at all to it for 5 or more years. [note: Normally these batteries last 2 to 3 years, but if you never use the built in light it will last significantly longer.]

I'm on my fifth one of these. I wear it nearly 24/7, any time I'm not showering. They last about two years, the band breaks, and I get a new one. I set the time zone and it just works. Everything I need is on the main screen: Big time for my old eyes, date, day of week. The atomic clock receptor works pretty well, but not 100%. Depending on location, it sets most nights.

If you like this style of watch you cannot go wrong with this watch. One second slow over two months. Very accurate has every function that you would ever need. The only slight negative is it can be a challenge finding a location for the signal synchronizing.

It is a great watch. I was looking for a watch with the date, time, and year. This watch has it all. It also has the day of the week.

Le plus étant certainement la mise à l’heure automatique quotidienne par connexion sur grandes ondes à une horloge atomique d’une précision absolue, le passage de l’heure d’été à l’heure d’hiver et vice versa étant automatique. Il suffit de bien positionner la montre conformément au mode d’emploi dans le courant de la nuit pour ne jamais avoir à se soucier de la mettre à l’heure. Petit détail : la montre est livrée avec un boîtier cadeau chic en métal. Pourquoi ne pas l’offrir ?

This is my 5th casio watch. I bought this one as I was away on holiday and needed an accurate time. As this watch checks the time regularly it is perfect. Lightweight,waterproof and most important accurate. Ease of use as alredy own 4 others. Overall my go to. Has to be casio. I use my edifice tough solar daily...superb time piece. Never have to worry about winding or replacement battery. Great price too. Highly recommend.

Il secondo acquisto dello stesso modello. Mi piace avere al polso sempre l'ora esatta. Credo che questo sia uno dei pochi modelli radiocontrollati a buon prezzo.

Die Uhr ist gut. Sie lässt sich leicht bedienen. Die Einstellungen sind auch unkompliziert. 12/24-Stunden-Betrieb, deutsche Sprache sowie europäische Datumseinstellung (Tag-Monat). Einziger dunkler Punkt war die Zustellung. Das erste Mal, dass die Bestellung 2 Tage zu spät ohne Benachrichtigung zugestellt wurde. Na ja, ich bewerte die Uhr, aber keine Lieferung.
