This seems to be identical to many other intervalometers I've had in the past. Battery life seems good, and it does everything I need it to. No complains. I think it's a fair price as well.

I purchased this intervalometer in order to photography the Perseid meteor shower using my Sony a7RM4A. The intervalometer is very easy to use and provides even more flexibility than I needed to photograph the shower. Although the Sony a7RM4A has an internal intervalometer, it does not provide sufficient flexibility. For example, if I specify a 30" exposure time and a 31" repeat period via the internal intervalometer, I obtain a 30" exposure time and a 33" repeat period. But with the PHOLSY, I obtain a 30" exposure time and a 31" repeat period. I was unable to obtain a 1" repeat period via the Sony internal intervalometer.

Good, easy to program, easy to use, useful for me as a remote trigger. Nikon P950 users: I got this because I wanted to introduce interval and long exposure functionality for star and night photos...not gonna happen. Because the P950 does not support Bulb mode I can only use this as a single or interval trigger, it will not change exposure time. I'll keep working on how I use it with the existing settings on the P950 for night portrait and star trails and will end up satisfied with that for now. If I have known of these limitations I may have purchased a wireless remote but, TBH, I did not return this one because I am not into self portraits and have had a miserable experience with the wireless functions on my camera so this works for me.

This is an excellent intervelometer. Perfectly working on my Panasonic LUMIX S1R. Just a suggestion to new users : “read the instruction manual, don’t rely on your past experience of using other intervelometer.” Do not attempt to find a YouTube guide, just read the booklet once it wont take much time.

Good unit. Easy to program. Should be invaluable to anyone taking timed photos.

This intervalometer is pretty much the bottom of the barrel. It doesn't have an on/off switch, so you have to take the batteries out to turn it off or it'll just drain them dead. The backlight is barely usable even on a decently dark night. The interface to change settings is slow and clunky. Most importantly, it only worked for a couple of months before it just stopped working. I took it apart to try to fix it, and after testing I concluded that the cable itself had an internal break. Threw it out and bought a better one.

Was 3 Fotogeschäfte vor Ort nicht vorrätig hatten oder zu überteuerten Preisen bestellen wollten, war bei Amazon innerhalb eines Tages da. Gleich ausprobiert und ich bin von der leichten Bedienung bis zur Qualität des Produktes begeistert. Genutzt habe ich die Fernbedienung aud einem Shooting mit Langzeitbelichtung auf einer Olympus im Live-View-Modus. Ergebnis: tadellos!

Item arrived next Day. I used a Polaroid shutter release which is exactly the same apart from the branding and maybe a bit bigger but it gave up in me after many years. But, I was looking for something similar, simple and something that works. The Pholsy shutter release seems to be just that, simple to use, and works well! A shutter release is a must for my seascapes as getting crashing waves at the right time with a 2s timer is a PITA! It's doable but omg, so frustrating 🤣 A very welcomed feature on this is that I can switch it off, so I know the battery will last for ages! Btw you will need a couple of AAA batteries! Good material, easy to use, works well.

This gadget is easy to use. However, the stiffness of the cable at neck of the controller may be prone to damage due to multiple bending.

Acquistato per un uso particolare, avevo gia dei telecomandi per la mia reflex sia con filo che senza, ma questo signori ha una marcia in più il motivo perché ho acquistato questo telecomando è perche ha un intervallometro, vale a dire che posso impostare gli scatti a tempi stabiliti indispensabile per fare un time lapse infatti basta posizionare la reflex su un cavalletto, inpostare untervallo di tempo tra uno scatto e laltro ,impostare quante foto scattare e il gioci e fatto. Si possono fare anche lunghe esposizioni o tramite il tasto bulb far lasciare aperto lobbiettivo per quanto vogliamo per fare delle foto notturne spettacolari possiamo fare l'auto scatto e tanto altro. Funziona cin 2 batterie mini stilo AAA, e durano parecchio se siamo di notte ,il suo display puo essere illuminato quindi molto vantaggioso al buio, insomma con un po di creatività e con questo telecomando ,ci si puo divertire in tutte le situazioni, una nota personale, se usate intevallometro, considerate che ci vuole un po di tempo affinche la reflex memorizzi le foto scattate, e se usate un intervallo troppo breve, si rischia che qualche foto non venga scattata, specie se e di botte dove i tempi di esposiziobi sono piuttosto lunghi. Detto questo non mi resta che augurarvi dei scatti con la vostra reflex
