Great book. I wish they have Grade 7 and Grade 8 in this series.

What a fantastic book series!

This book is excellent. The first few units take you on a tour of the world. It is well written and well illustrated. The poetry section gives a great foundation on what poetry is and how it is different from regular writing. There are so many opportunities for the students to write and give their opinion on the different writing selections. The common core standards are well covered, I think. I will be recommending this other parents.
