I have a wide foot - will they stretch to accommodate width? If you go up half a size, would that help?

I have a super wide foot, I opted for my true size (12) and I ride without the straps, which is actually very comfortable, I don't slide around on hills at all. I'm in my 20th ride with these shoes and I do think they will eventually stretch a bit. For reference im 6'2, 280lbs, ride 5-6 times a week and finish in the Upper third of the classes. I can go real hard with these shoes.

Do the shoes come assembled with the cleats already on them?

No, the shoe does not come assembled. However, it comes with everything you need to assemble them. It is very easy to put the “cleat” / bottom part on.

Are these women's sizes or mens?

Men's, but if you have wide feet like me, consider going a size up. They are snug on my barges. :)

Is the Women’s size 9.5 the same as Euro 41?

If you wear a half size, we recommend sizing up. A size 41 would be the closest fit to a size 9.5.
