Very nice phone
All the usual features for a modern phone, but what I like the most is its rugged construction so I don't need to worry about using it in heavy rain. And also the lanyard attachment which means I am in no danger of dropping it somewhere inaccessible when taking photos.

My son loves it
My son was awful with looking after standard smartphones. This one means dropping it won't break it. He also love the camera

Why can't anyone hear me???
It all started well, I bought this to use its GPS features, it works very well with OS sheets. Six months later the microphone has stopped working during calls. It works for Alexa, or any voice commands, and memos. Great for talking to yourself. The really weird thing the same thing has happened to my older version, 7e I'm guessing it's a software issue. And yes I have checked all the settings and watched all the Utube videos. All I can say is AVOID ULEFONE, or carry a spare, just make sure it's not ULEFONE. BTW, customer service = POO!

Volume is hard to put up
It's a good phone except volume on loud speaker not so good . This could be me tho being a novice at how to work a phone .
