Rustins Wood Hardener for Rotted Wood - 250ml

This stuff seems to work quite well: I had a window casement that the elements had started to deteriorate, and wanted to prolong its life until ready to fully replace it. After sanding and treating the wooden framing, I applied this using an old clean toothbrush. It's quite easy to apply but if you get it on your fingers it is horrible stuff to remove, so wear disposable gloves. Time will tell the extent to which it 'rescues' the window, but post application the wood itself seems strengthened and I am quietly optimistic.

Exactly as expected. Arrived on time . Obviously just applied so I can’t comment on longevity but sank into wood well.Only complaint would be that it doesn’t have a specific applicator.Needs brush cleaner
