I think it helps with the hair. Im on it for a couple of months and I'm not sure yet but I think I see the difference. I'll come back to the review again in a bit to confirm

These vitamins I took for a month they give a lot of energy I took them in the morning with breakfast and it went well, I will order them again, I bought them for hair loss but I must wait three months to know

My hair was shedding for a week, my hair look like I got a bad haircut and it died, did not feel like my hair. I was scared, depressed and worried. My doctor recommended this product. Within a month, my hair looked and felt better. I am grateful that this product worked and made my hair look normal again. I have been taking the capsules for 7 months and saw a huge improvement. My hair is still thin and does not really look like itself when I blow dry it. It is not as full as it used to be. However, it does look nice when I use the curling iron and do my hair. So for that I am grateful. My hair feels and looks much better than it did in Jan.

I don't know if this actually works or not. It gave me a badly upset stomach within just a few days, even at half the dosage. If you have IBS, you may want to avoid this supplement. One of the herbs can cause stomach upset. And if course, I can't get a refund.
