I have struggled with oral hygiene for years, trying nearly every solution on the market. I dilute this 4 bottles of water to 1 bottle of concentrated product. I rinse with 10cc last thing before going to sleep. Yes, it does turn my teeth brown which tin fluoride can do, but I don't care. I've had no cavities since starting it and I do not have good teeth. (Drives the hygienists crazy since part of their job is aesthetics. It is an unnecessary part in my opinion.)

I have several teeth that are sensitive and read where the type of fluoride such as stannous is helpful so I purchased this. I could not find the stannous fluoride in any retail stores so I purchased this brand. It has helped me a lot and use it as directed. It comes with a small container which is very helpful and useful, making it convenient.

I found this fluoride in my quest to find one that was free of alcohol and dyes (I'd prefer no artificial sweeteners either, but considering there is likely so little and I'm not really eating it, it's less of a concern for me; unfortunately, this probably also applies to the xylitol, which is listed last in the ingredients list). I also had a slight preference for stannous fluoride over other forms, which this one also happened to meet.It's not quite as convenient as pre-diluted fluoride, but it's still pretty easy: the directions say 1/8 fl oz of this with 2 oz of water, and they provide a (plastic) cup for easy mixing. (Don't skimp on the mixing, BTW. They provide a cap to make it easy to shake, where I thought I could get by with just swirling it around and eventually discovered a layer of deposits on the bottom of the container, which I suspect there would have been less of had I mixed better, and I probably didn't get the full dose every time before I realized this.) I'd like to think it's cheaper, too, and a quick calculation of the recommended dilution rates suggest it is with a name brand I can find at the store by at least a few cents per final concentration ounce, but I still like the idea of not shipping around something that's mostly water, anyway.Speaking of shipping, I had to return/replace my first purchase--it wasn't packaged well, and the dispenser (which comes separately from the bottle in the same box), likely because the bottle shook around and crushed it during transit or delivery. The plastic cup was also broken. Amazon, as usual, was great and replaced it without issue, but it seems like they could devise better packaging for shipment to avoid this hassle.

Don't waste your money. The pump doesn't even fit, so if that is how you intend to use it you can't. As an added bonus, AFTER I dropped it off at the UPS store I received this notification in my email:* Based on our verification of the item, if the item is not the item for which you had requested a return, is not in the same quantity, or not in new/unused condition, we will charge your original payment method or another valid payment method in your account.Now, how would you know the pump won't fit without opening it? You wouldn't. Use your judgement in deciding if it is right for you..

The product itself is A OK.Filling the box it comes in with pump and mixing vile is not so good.First order, the pump was not correct. It was too large but after a good grip on the bottle and a pliers and hammer I was able to get it in. Yet the bottle could not breathe and started to collapse when used after a few days. A hole had to be drilled into it to allow air in.Second order, the correct pump was sent, the mixing vile had no markings on it for volume. I am glad I retained the first one.Third order? I have not ordered it and wonder if I will.

I have been using this product for years. It literally saves my gum from receding. It also does not turn your teeth a dark color. I use it everyday.
