My friend and I went to an outdoor range to shoot rifles. I have been there once before and realized that I needed something like this. The quality of the material is good. It comes with a nice carry bag. It is small enough that it easily fit in my range bag. It is easy to adjust the height. It was stable shooting 22LR. I'm glad I got it. I do recommend this.

Sighting in an optic on a handgun can be challenging and this tripod support fills a much needed void. Sandbags work, but can be cumbersome. This tripod and yoke are lightweight and portable and work well with calibers up to .45 acp and 10 mm. Cannot speak to higher calibers. There are two height settings controlled by the locking ring at the top of the tripod. The yoke has an anti-mar type of inside. Not soft, but not rock hard, but is gentle on the pistol finishes. Pretty light weight and comes with a drawstring pouch for travel/storage. There are others more expensive, but for the casual shooter, this is a winner.

Can't complain. Quality item for the price. Better and more consistent than using what is available at the range I go to.

The height at the base of the V is about 22 3/4". 24" is to the top of V which is not where the gun rests. In order to achieve max height, you have to bring the legs inward which means less stability on uneven ground. Works fine on an even table top. You tighten them in that position using the round knob above which I didn't immediately realize. Otherwise it is made of mostly aluminum except the V, but that's fine because it's very sturdy and well made. All in all it's not bad if the height works for you.

Outstanding tripod for shooting

Probably won’t buy again but will keep it to use occasionally. Decent price point for functionality. Pros: compact, folds down fairly small in its bag. lightweight hollow polymer design. Cons: unstable due to small legs as expected. good enough to get decent first sight picture but not for follow up.

Very nice shooting rest , the range of height adjustment and 2 width options on the legs is very nice. Seems to be built sturdy and folds up nice and compact and comes with a carry bag. I do recommend this rest .

This was the first tripod I've ever bought, using it generally for the range or prone positions. Seems well made, has held everything from a .22 to a Moss 500. You can shoot freestanding or leaning against something but if you get yourself one of these you'll be on target almost every time, perhaps it makes it too easy. Lightweight, comes with it's own little carrying bag. The top V unscrews from the bottom tripod portion to allow it to be stored in a small container. I've used it a dozen times and it's nice and sturdy. Though most of mine already have their own dedicated bi-pod, this gives me the chance to let friends and family use it when I take them to the range or on a trip. Accuracy and your chances of landing that big one go way up with this puppy.
