I I would highly recommend this product for a bunch of different reasons it was extremely easy to install as the pictures showed I had to install it in a camper closet which was a very very tight place so I was super surprised at how easy it was to install and how great it was actually good at doing the job it was meant to do and did it right I had no problems with bending and it fit perfectly the quality was really great the metal on it was extremely good metal like I said it had no problem with any kind of bending or denting and I had to hang a lot of clothes on it so I was worried about that in the beginning but I've had it up for about a day or two and haven't had any problems with it it came with all the parts that you would need to install would definitely recommend this product for small space closets or even bigger closets to just add extra room

This was a perfect fit for my needs. Worked great and the price was good. Easy to install. Strong and smooth. Everything needed to hand was in package. Light weight, but not low quality.

Works well — rod was thinner than I expected. Because it’s two parts, it’s not all that strong at the join in the middle, but the supplied center bracket offsets that. The screws that came with the rod are subpar, and I managed to screw the head off of one drilling it into a shelf for the center bracket. I replaced the screws with regular wood screws of the same length, and it’s holding well.

This is an update; I received the rod and there was only one bracket in the box. I was able to find an email address directly to CS at Design House and they are sending me a whole new rod and all ! Good service and good company !

This little thing here … I looked and looked and looked for a closet rod .. I didn’t want a tension rod or one that screws to the back side of the wall…. They all looked cheap and I could see it now as soon as I got it up and clothes on it it would fall or bend or whatever …. So I picked this one after countless hours looking & comparing …. Man am I glad I picked this one !!! I got it and took it out of the box … the quality is great … it’s a silver metal thick and plenty sturdy for any and everything especially if you don’t have to expand it super far and they can double up in there around the middle or so. The ends screw on and they are metal as well and again I have no question of it not lasting it’s made well and looks great all together!!! The end pieces also Come with a plate with holes on the side and a small Little metal tab thing at the top ( not sure what it’s called lol ) it’s the first time I have had one like that so I didn’t even need the half circle things I got got it to sit in…. They worked great and I found many ways to use the top tab when I looked it up but I put it on the top lip of the wood screwed it down into the wood and then two screws in the holes on the main plate like normal … so it’s got TONS of support …I’m shocked they charge less then ten dollars For this and it’s all you need except the support wood pieces on the side where you attach this… so if you ask if I would buy again … the answer would be… YES I already have! I got one for other two closets and now that I know how well it’s made and that it will work and last I plan to get one for the laundry room to put up so I can hang dry things and have a place to put clothes On hangers and hang as soon as they are done!!!! Would I recommend …. If I had any friends I sure would hahahahha anyways I really hope this helps the next person looking to fix or expand their closet and needs a rod and may-be a little worried about getting something cheap and flimsy and more trouble then it’s worth ….. then don’t go back to anything you saw before and don’t look anywhere else drop the $10 and be happy bc if put up Right there’s noooo way it can come down and will last forever And you can’t beat that or find that these days for the low Price of this lol. Everything is cheap and costly … but not this … hope your projects turn out amazing!

I didn't see any instructions in the box but I really didn't need any. This fit perfectly in a hall utility closet and I was able to install in about 5 minutes. Very sturdy and seems to be well made. I'll update this if I run into problems with durability but I pulled down on it and it seems very solid. Highly recommended.

Pros: easy to install Cons: scuffs easily due to the lack of smoothness where the rods go into one another. Installed in a closet rather easily. Did have one issue though: the finish scuffs and comes off rather easy. Just from installing it, it got marked up and you can see the finish has come off. It is going to be covered by clothes but still the finish shouldn't be so thin nor should the rod be so rough at the point they meet.

Was looking for a cheap way to hold Yoga balls and this did the trick!!!! We tested it by pulling down the bar and it does appear it can hold weight. This is a great item at a good price. Tools used: drill for screws, level, ruler, drywall screw and holder for 80 lb Adjustable Rod: I wrapped some electrical tape on the inner rod but not too much where the rods would not slide. This way, there is less flexing when at near full length and would look more straight. Sturdiness: Seems like it will hold a lot of weight and the rod will will flex accordingly. Probably would not recommend too much weight with those multi fancy hangers when it is at full length. I recommend wood rod for super heavy closets. Screws: the length from the box is meant to mount on the plywood like how modern closets are designed. If mounting on drywall, you will need longer screws. Also, don’t forget to try to find a stud or get those drywall screw setup where it holds like 80 lbs. Tab sticking out: this is easily bent with a pair of pliers. To ensure it’s flushed on the wall, I recommend to bend upwards otherwise might be some effort to bend inside the mount.

We were adding a walk in closet and the wife wanted two sides of to have end to end and dual rods. these did the trick. Easy to install quite sturdy and they feel solid which is nice, they have been doing the job for a few months now, no complaints

Trae buena calidad, fácil de instalar. Lo instale en un espacio poco más del mínimo de su extensión, para que quedara como quien dice doble. Aunque sencillo igual queda resistente.
