Paint had been patched and was noticeable, dirty
There were nicks that had been painted over with similar color but it was slightly off and very noticeable. There were also dirty spots. It makes me wonder if this was a floor sample that they are trying to sell as new. This was supposed to be a baby gift but I cannot give it when it looks like I found it a Thrift Store and tried to patch it myself... very sad. Otherwise, it looked ok.
