Unfortunately mine came with a remote but it never worked. I suggest you use the button on the massager itself.

Where do you acquire replacement pumice stones?

I find it better to soak my feet, then pumice outside the bath, otherwise the water gets gross with skin and might clog the bubble covers.

How long does it take to heat up?

It does not take long a few minutes. With the remote, I am able to control the heat level
