White residue unusable
We bought this product and have been paying over the odds for it through amazon. The first three we bought did a good job but the fourth jar leaves a terrible white residue and is totally unusable so buyers beware.

This was how the gel looked when I opened the jar right after it got delivered. I donโt know if this a quality control error but this isnโt right at all, do better! I wish I could give zero stars!

Works amazingly, only gel I use for braids/twists. I used to use this gel years ago but then I cut off all my hair for a while, as my hair is now growing back this has been very helpful with gripping my very short hair.
