I wanted a sleeping eye mask that had a little pouch for my earplugs—crucial keeping them together when traveling or camping—and that is so hard to find, until I found this (I bought two!) This gel pouch insert is a plus! I was skeptical about the nose area not letting in light but tested it right out of the package: position it snugly and no light creeps in even when you turn your face towards a light source. Lastly, the finish is so plush and cool to the touch. The filling is also really squishy and pleasant, cradles the head nicely.

I was skeptical about this because it covers so much of your face but I've had no issues; It's comfortable, soft and there is plenty of velcro to accommodate all adult head sizes. I like the gel pack but, so far, have only used it cold...I need to find the instructions to see how long you should leave it in the microwave. I use it to block light but my real goal is to protect my eyes; I have a bad case of dry eye syndrome and this helps keep my eyes completely closed and keeps dry winter air at bay. I have to put a rather oily gel in my eyes before bed which leaves stains that I haven't been able to wash out, but as long as I know it's clean I'm OK with that

I been trying so many different night masks and so far this is one of my favorite. So comfortable, totally light blocking and so soft material. With this product I get the best night sleep! You must try it

I took one star off because the light gray isn't totally light blocking and it presses the eyes a bit. Other than that, it's one of my favorites. It's very comfortable no matter how you sleep. (I haven't used the hot-cold pack.)

My grandson, age 9, has trouble sleeping and he sleeps hot. Somehow we decided to try this sleep mask and he loves it. He especially likes cold insert. The mask stays on his head and blocks out most of the light. Once we were travelling and he forgot it, and we had to order him another one right away - he can hardly sleep without it.

Hard to clean with this fabric, absorb oil

Super soft material, comfortable and blocks light. You can sleep in all positions and most important the fabric is the right weight to still be able to feel the coolness of the ice back. I really love it!

I bought these because I hate lights while I am sleeping, it is comfortable, I realize I am sleeping better at nights now whenever I have the sleeping mask on. It was a great buy, I 100% recommend anyone getting these.
