Great pan for French bread.
This works swell! My French bread comes out with crispy crust and soft inside. USA pans are the very best. I have a collection now and they are the best investment!!

Makes perfect loaves!
I bought this pan because I'm a big fan of this company's products, and I'd been eying this particular pan for a while. The price recently went down for less than $16, so I had to pull the trigger. Besides this pan, I have their pullman loaf pan and a couple of 9" square cake pans, both which are excellent. They are lightweight, but not flimsy. Anything you make in these pans comes out cleanly and beautifully browned. This Italian loaf pan is no exception. I baked a couple of loaves using King Arthur Flour's Italian Supermarket Bread recipe ( it's on their website). The bottom of these loaves came out perfect and looks just like the ones from the store. I also love not having to transfer the dough before baking and risk deflating it. You just proof the dough in these pans. The recipe I used involves brushing the dough with egg white and sprinkling with sesame seeds. Nothing stuck to the pan, it looks completely new! I've included photos of the loaves baked in the pan and a close-up of the bottom. The bread spread out a bit onto the part of the pan that's not perforated and came out just as browned.

How did I live without this??? I did a lot of research and came across the USA pan. It is advertised as nonstick, and it appeared to have a silicone coating, however, I ignored that and just just a little flower on it before I laid my bread dough inside. It baked two loaves to perfection! 450 degrees Fahrenheit is the limit for this pan, however, thereโs no need to go that high because it conducts heat perfectly! Clean up was very simple a little bit of soap and water, and I dried it and put it away! High praises for this pan!

Bread pan
I make my own Italian bread I don't like buying from the stores because they're full of chemicals so what I love about the pan is that when I put my Italian bread on it and I put it in the oven for 25 minutes it just slides off I would buy this product again and again so I know I'm going to get many years of making bread out of this pan I would definitely buy again and everything comes out nice and crispy love it

USA French Bread Pan rocks.
USA pans are the bestoney can buy. Very strong built, durable, the non-stick coating is the bomb. I've never put any lubricant in these pans and the bread just falls out of them. Don't waist your money buying cheeper products. Buy once not twice. The people at USA are top shelf.

Very pleased with the quality of this made-in-the-USA product, much better than previously purchased products (made in PRC). Easy to clean, makes wonderful sourdough loaves.

Must haves if you have a big nice oven and you love baguettes

Glad I found this.
Really liked this. Bought it as a replacement for one I had in Canada and its perfect for our needs for French bread. Not baguettes by the way but proper french bread. Yum.
