These donโt rotate as advertised. Whether the flag is taught or slightly loose, the top one (even changed top and bottom over a couple of times), always seems to stick and the clips attached are very weak. I would suggest a company to make them so they rotate on ball bearings. Iโd pay more for that as long as they work. These ones are just average to poor.

Great Flag Pole Rings
These flag pole rings are well made and work great. The comes with two different length set screws allowing this size of flagpole will work on 3/4" PVC conduit which has a 1.05" O.D.
