We bought this brand twice. Simple to unwrap and install, nice quality, very comfortable, size is made to fit , though there was an increase in the price compared to our first purchase still the prices were competitive. Overall, we are satisfied with the product. Delivery was ahead of time committed. Surely value for money. I would recommend this product to others. We (myself and my wife) are senior citizens using the mattress since our first purchase for around two years plus, finding very comfortable. Thus decided to get the second one fir the other bedroom used by our son’s family. Hope the product will last long in the same shape and quality.

The Size was perfect 75X36X6 , The packing was good, The bed is soft and the top layer is excellent.Good arthopedic bed for those who have back pain.

The mattress has developed noticeable sinking in several areas, including along the edges. The primary purpose of purchasing this mattress was to ensure proper back support, but unfortunately, it has failed on that account. While raising the warranty claim, the Sleep Company has refused to honor the warranty despite conducting the inspection and agreeing that the mattress has quality issues.

The mattress has been good and very comfortable for person like me who has problem of axial spindylitis - sleep has been comfortable and painless wake-up in the morning

They're not too soft, not too hard. Im a side sleeper and some mattresses are hard enough to give me shoulder pain when I wake up, but not this one. It doesn't hold too much heat either, I get by with a table fan through the night unless it's summer.
