Something to improve
It is a very good medicine and recommended to improve blood circulation in the brain and support memory and concentration

A lower cost memory supplement.-Ginkgo biloba
This is an old alternative med that has been used for many years to improve memory. It is lower cost treatment alternative and I believe it has helped me with memory deficits.

Read about side effects before taking
I have been using this product for a several months because I read that it could help with memory issues and since I am 75 years old and health conscious, I decided to try it. Recently, I also read that this product can cause nausea, dizziness and stomach issues, so I have made the decision to stop taking it since I have been experiencing all of the above side effects and using this product was the only change that I had made in supplements or prescription meds. Can I say for sure that it is causing these issues; no, I cannot, I just know that I was having these issues almost on a daily basis while I was taking it and they have improved since stopping it.

I have no problem with ginkgo biloba. I have stopped taking these only because my needs have changed.
