Securing type to drum
Great item, had to cut several feet off so it would fit on drum of winch. Be careful of the attached end to drum, insure same type as yours. If not same just a little modification of new rope end easy to do. Still great item for the price.

Pulled my TJ out of 3ft of mud
I was worried that for the price, the strength wouldn't be there. This is SO MUCH BETTER to work with than steel cable. easy on the hands, easy to move around when you spool out 30+ feet to reach the nearest anchor point. I stressed my 9k warn winch pulling myself out of a mud hole, a fully built TJ, sunk to the floor in mud, suction broke quickly and the rope worked great pulling me out. Takes up more space on the spool, so making sure it winds evenly is more important than it was with the steel cable, but because it is easy to handle this is no big deal. Would buy again and highly recommend.

I swapped out my OEM metal cable for this rope. It fit perfectly, and so far I have zero issues. Rope has so many advantages compared to steel. It's also very inexpensive.
