I bought the bar to use with my TRX suspension trainer. If you work directly beneath the bar it's very secure but if you lean outside of the frame structure then the frame tips. I secured one bottom edge of my frame against the skirting board (I am lucky enough to have a room I use as a gym) and I can TRX to my heart's content. Then I fold the frame flush against the wall to free up space. If you want the frame just for dead hanging or pull ups it's perfect.

I had been looking for a suitable aerial yoga stand for a while, since the one offered by the seller of my aerial yoga hammock is way too high to fit in my apartment. I was hesitant when I was recommended the foldable KT Aerial Yoga Stand Frame, but decided to give it a try nonetheless. After all, the doorframe setup I had been using was limiting me in quite very frustrating ways! What a wonderful surprise when I ordered the KT Aerial Yoga Stand Frame!!! To begin with, the seller. What a wonderful seller!!! They contacted me even before the frame was shipped to make sure the address was correct, and to enquire about specific delivery instructions, signature upon delivery, etc. I simply could not believe it! In all my years of buying online, this is the very first seller kind enough to contact me before shipping my product to make sure it was going to be safely delivered to me. Furthermore, they contacted me again to send me instructions, ahead of time, on assembling the product. The instructions included a PDF and video. And then, they remained available in case I had questions or concerns with the product. Talk about Top Of The Line customer service!!! Now, on to the product itself. It is just the most wonderful experience I could have ever expected to have. My aerial rig was previously set up at the door frame, so some movements were not fully possible. This KT Aerial Yoga Stand gives me freedom of movement, allows me to set up my rig high enough so I don't brush the floor with my head during inversions, and is super sturdy so as not to get distorted or dislodge any of its components while I'm using it. It is very stable on the floor, easy to handle and super easy to fold back when I am not using it. That is another thing that convinced me to buy it (before the seller contacted me, of course). Other frames out there cannot be folded back and stored safely when not in use. They just take too much space and, especially for people living in an apartment, that makes for an awkward arrangement of furniture and such. The KT Aerial Yoga Stand can be folded and stored against a wall, out of the way and very conveniently. I simply LOVE that feature!!! Now, a word of caution. My stand does slide back and forth a bit depending on the poses I am doing at any given moment, even if it comes with rubber protectors to be used on the bars resting on the floor, but that has more to do with the wooden floors in my apartment, which are quite slippery, than with the frame itself. I solved the issue my using non-slip squares right under each corner of the frame, thus reinforcing the rubber protection that comes with the frame. Other than that, I could not be happier with my KT Aerial Yoga Stand!!! I have already recommended it to a bunch of friends, three of which have already looked into it, and will keep recommending it left and right. It has been the very best purchase I have done this year!!! :) Should you be looking for an affordable, easy to use and space-saving Aerial Yoga Stand, do not hesitate, this is the one for you!!!
