This soap is great for acne. I’ve got suuuper oily, acne prone skin, and this stuff works wonders. i use it once a day and follow it with moisturizer and BioOil, and the amount of acne I get has easily been cut in half. It is pretty strong, so if you’ve got dry/sensitive skin, I probably wouldn't use it every day.

I love this african black soap. It literally starts working within 2-3 days. The only thing that I would say negative, which is solely because of my sensitive skin, is that it is very drying. I used it for 4 days in a row and my face was as dry as the desert. I had to use a barrier soap in between using the black soap. Mornings black soap and evenings a moisturizing soap. Otherwise, I definitely recommend it.

Omg Amazon you have no idea.I use a butter knife to cut a little tiny piece of soap from the block. It layers into this beautiful situation and you feel like it's doing the job. It is very drying, which I don't mind before moisturizing, use once daily or maybe twice. It will take a long time to use it. The price is good. We have stumbled across a secret.

I have no idea what I received. It wasn't a bar like expected. It came in a container and it's extremely soft too soft. as if it has water in it. If so, I expect that it will get moldy and go bad. When ordered it showed three small bars. When I received it, it's in a6 oz tub. I don't particular care for having to scoop out soap :( Not to mention, how did it get this soft, was water added. If so, it's a deal breaker for me. Adding water to soften the soap that's in a 8 oz plastic tub will go bad and it's a breeding ground for bacteria. I'm sending it back. it's not as expected or described when I ordered it.!!! I expected a bar of soap.

The soap generated some good lather on my face. Experienced some slight tingling. My face feels clean. I'm pleased with this product.
