So I had a locksmith cut and program the keys. He verified I do have a remote start installed that the factory key will work. BUT the new key only locks and unlocks but does not remote start. So the remote start function of this key is misleading! Will keep yawl updated on how long the rest of the functions last. Update!! After finding a video online I have found a solution that works with this key. If you press the lock button twice (slowly) then the remote start twice (slowly) it remote starts!

They worked fine. I don't think these are actually Integrated Keyhead Transmitters (IKT). If they were, they should have programmed the remote functions when the PATS transponder got programmed, but they did not. So these are more like a transponder key with a separate remote fob. I had to program the remotes separately, but once programmed, everything worked perfectly. Key programming requires a professional scanner or two different existing function keys (not two clone keys). To program only the remote part, do this: Ignition off. Unlock the doors with power lock switch. Cycle the ignition from OFF to RUN eight times rapidly within 10 seconds, end on RUN. Doors should lock and unlock. Within 20 seconds, press any remote button. Door locks should cycle for confirmation Repeat with next remote. Ignition off.

Had the keys cut, programmed both following instructions. The key itself works but none of the buttons work.

Exactly what I needed, works perfectly, easy to have cut and easy to program at home.

Came with no directions. Used forscan app on the laptop to program the new keys. Googled some info below on how to program the actual fob part. Get in. Sit down. Press unlock on the door and cycle the keys 8 times. You'll hear the doors cycle. When they do, while key is in the ignition and in run position, press any key on the fob. Fully start the truck then remove key. Over all happy with the key.
