Great tamale 🫔 pot
Bought this to make tamales with my mom. The lid had a good seal. The pot is light weight, but it seems like the heat distributed well, since the tamales were evenly cooked. We made about 4 dozen, but it can definitely fit a lot more!

Great pot for tamales
Good pot for the price. I used this for tamales and was able to fit about 80 tamales from just the bottom section of the pit. The pot itself is good quality, perfect size and color.

Nice steamer pot
This is a great steamer pot, fits roughly 5 dozen tamales depending on how much masa and filing you use in your husks. The lid fits tightly reducing how much steam is lost through the top, but the handle to the lid really conducts heat and gets hot in less than 30 minutes of use. Steamer plate is easy to remove and install making this an easy pot to clean. The steamer plate sits just over an inch from the bottom of the pot, giving around an hour and a half of steam if you leave the lid on the pot and turn the heat down when it starts boiling.

Good for making tamales
I bought this to make homemade tamales, and I like it due to the size and that I can fit many tamales in at one time. The quality of the metal is good and it's nice and sturdy. My only issue is that it did not sit level on my stove top. Maybe it's just a defect in the metal but it was bubbled out until I heated the metal and then it somehow flattened itself out. It does not clean well as far as the inner pot and if you burn water in there for too long, but otherwise it's an easy cleanup and easy to put away in store. In a pinch, this would be a good buy

Great product, but also GREAT BIG product!
Had a big family party coming up; husband promised them all a pile of his family-favorite ribs - the ones he used to make for us all when we, for 13 years, shared a huge rental on the Outer Banks. Shortly before the party, we were at a local hangout discussing plans and had a key realization: we were no longer in a rental at the beach - where the huge seafood steamer in the pantry would come into service to steam the huge pile of ribs prior to them being cooked low and slow....OOPS! So, being at the time, at a bar rather than a mall, I did the natural thing: I pulled out my phone and checked Amazon. We had options, so I showed the photo of the first one to my husband. He said, "I want that." The price seemed pretty reasonable, so I clicked though and ordered it. Not until it arrive on our front porch did I realize how gigantic this thing is -- never thought to check the dimensions -- and you can see in the photo that it pretty much took over the top of our stove. But it proved to be ideal for the job and it's well-made and cleaned easily (we had to wash it out in our laundry tub) so we're learning to love it. But we haven't resolved the challenge of finding a place to store it, but would work pretty well as a side table....

Solid Buy
This pot did exactly what I needed and is very reasonably priced. I used it on a propane turkey fryer to steam potatoes and it worked well. I'm confident I'll be using this pot for years and years

At least it holds water.
It is the lightest cheapest material that they could engineer that doesn't leak. Ours has already deformed at the base, in multiple locations. Not made for industrial use. We only use it to make soup, but I would not purchase it again.

Produit endommagé par la livraison
J'ai reçu l'article avec un petit bris sur le côté. Par contre, je suis satisfait dans l'ensemble.

The pot is ok
I didn’t take any pictures, but the cover was bent a bit and the other part was wedged down in the bottom of the pot. Had to basically destroy it with pliers to remove it. The pot it self is made of a very light aluminum which will dent easily if not taken care of properly.

Total waste of money
I spent $75 on this 24-quart aluminum pot expecting excellent heat conduction, especially on a gas stove. Aluminum is supposed to be one of the best materials for this, second only to copper. Unfortunately, this pot performs terribly. On my largest gas burner, turned all the way up, it can barely bring a full pot of water to a boil. Heating is extremely slow and uneven, making it completely unsuitable for its intended purpose. I specifically bought this pot to cook large quantities of pasta, and it simply cannot do the job. For the price, this is unacceptable. The poor heat conduction defeats the entire reason to buy an aluminum pot in the first place. This was a complete waste of money, and I would not recommend it to anyone who actually needs to boil water or cook at volume.
