Works well as far as I can tell, bloating reduced and I even lost weight. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive, or at least that they gave more for money in each bottle. That said, I would recommend it to others.

Not very effective
Taking 1 a day (like product suggests is OK) does very little except causing bloating. 2 a day not noticably better. Discontinued use.

No Good - Bloated Instead
This did NOT work at all. My intestine is the same way it was prior to taking almost the entire bottle. I only have 7 left. I give up. As a matter of fact I feel more bloated since I have been taking it which is why I stopped after 3 weeks.

It was a little slow--nature of the health problem--but the product worked. Satisfied with the product. Not cheap, but satisfied with its performance. 3Biome does work.
