Spearmint oil . Use a light moisturiser (grain of rice amount)put 2 drops of spearmint oil into it and mix with fingertips. I rub all around the chin / upper lip area quite firmly untill it starts to feel warm usually at least 2 mins .It's the rubbing that creates that warm feeling . It's been two days & i must say I don't seem to have as much hair poking through. However it's been a while since I havnt shaved that area daily so we will see . A pleasant scent . I'll come back in a week or so and update further . I have pcos and forever have strong thick hairs including white hairs daily its a never ending job. I'm back update: 2 weeks later, Hair growth has slowed rite down .I wake up now with a very smooth chin area . I only pluck the hairs out now , I Do not shave at all if any hairs re appear . STOP shaving the areas now. The longer you rub the oil & moisturiser in to your skin each time the better this will work & it does work if you rub in for at least 5 minuits once a day . I rub mine into the chin upper lip area for at least 5 minuits while watching tv. Fingers crossed ladies x

I don't normally write reviews but I saw a lady on tiktok recommend this oil for chin hair associated with pcos so I bought it - so glad I did! I started using this earlier this week, adding 1-2 drops of oil with a moisturiser and rubbing along my chin, jawline and upper neck. Do not apply the oil on its own straight to skin! It does sting for a few minutes after applying, but there's no redness. I apply morning and night after washing my face and I can honestly say that within the first 2 days the hair growth had stopped almost completely!!! Previously I would have to epilate 2-3 times a week and would still have to pluck new hair growth almost every morning, leaving my skin red and inflamed and dealing with ingrowns. This doesn't make existing hair fall out so you would have to remove hair already in place but there is virtually no new hair growing through. I can't recommend this enough to anyone dealing with pcos chin hair, I just wish i had found this earlier.

This oil is lovely. However unfortunately the travel size bottle came smashed. It’s too much of a hassle for me to return the product as I’ve opened the larger bottle. But it’s a shame it wasn’t packaged more carefully inside.

I used the spearmint oil, mixing two small drops with my moisturiser as I heard that it helped with reducing hair growth on the face, however after using it for two days in the morning, my face broke out and it’s so bad, I have never broken out like this, I have white heads all over my chin and forehead, around my lips and a few on my sides, This did not work for me :(

في حال كنتي بتشترينه عشان شعر الوجه اللي يطلع بسبب التكيسات و فري فلوسك ماسوا شي يفضل تشربي شاي النعناع على انك تحطينه بوجهك
