Delicious! Chewy, soft, was afraid it would be weird but LOVE them. Prefer them to my old stand by brand, plus low carb high protein.

Yeah they are that good
So I am a little afraid to write a review because I don't want these to get sold out. They taste like an everyday bagel except with 1/2 the calories and over double the protein. In order for these to taste like a "normal" bagel...as soon as the bagels are delivered... take them all out of the bags....cut them in half...put them in the freezer. They toast SO well in the toaster in the morning or whenever. Super soft and just really overall an awesome 🥯. I don't feel like I am missing anything from a bagel with these. Yeah they are a little pricey but for me...for an awesome bagel... totally worth it 👍

Very good! This is the second low calorie, high protein bagel I have gotten. The previous unnamed company, the bagels tasted like cardboard. These are absolutely delicious!

Don't miss the carbs
These bagels arrived fresh and soft and taste like regular bagels without the carbs. I'm T2D and check my glucose afterwards and they don't cause a significant spike at all. Being someone with diabetes who loves all things carbs, finding items like this that make me feel like I don't have to sacrifice the things I love makes a huge difference in being able to control my blood sugars. They also freeze well and once thawed, the taste isn't compromised. I deducted 1 star just because of the price point but it seems like every manufacturer spikes the price for healthier alternatives.

Great bagel! No guilt ❤️❤️
The taste is awesome. The quality of the bagels were great and they pretty fresh. They were filling and I used them for breakfast and lunch sandwiches. I a little disappointed because they were delivered by USPS and were extremely moist, because they were warm. I freeze them,when thawed they are perfect.

They taste delicious but are so expensive that they aren’t feasible on a regular basis.

Really good.
Believe me when I say I’ve tried nearly every low carb bread out there. The reviews on these bagels were mixed but there was a coupon so I decided to try them. I’m so happy I did! They’re great! I toasted one and added cream cheese and the taste and texture were amazing. If you’re on the fence, go for it.
