Can an airtag fit within the case somehow?

No there is no room for an air tag.

Would it work for my Beats Fit Pro ?

The size of the case is not appropriate for the Beats Fit Pro.

Not good, case great for 3 months until hot weather, the tape worn off and it fall of the case. Great but only for care not in pocket
