Why is there no sound?

Our product has been upgraded! In the off mode, press and hold the button for 3-10 seconds to toggle the sound on/off!

Why can't the product charge?

Because we upgrade the product protection function, when the voltage exceeds 5V, the product will automatically cut off the charging. Only 5V/1A adapter can be used, or directly plugged into the USB port of the computer for charging.

Why does it make aloud noise while charging?

This is a temporary physical phenomenon, not a circuit malfunction. The noise wil automatically disappear after approximately 10 minutes of continuous charging as the battery voltage returns to normal.
